And I'm not just saying that or listening to conspiracy theories. I have reasons. The only people I could see plausibly with the events that happened are Lilly, Kenny, Christa, and the River Bandit.
Why Kenny?
As for Lilly, Clementine says "I thought you were dead." Lilly could have been left on the side of the road, but most people kept her around a bit longer, and she drove off in an RV. Now I wouldn't think someone is dead because I don't see them anymore. And I don't think Clem would either.
Christa? It's pretty simple to me. Look at Clementine's face and listen to her tone of voice when she says the line. It isn't wonder, it's awe. And awe, means you are fascinated, but also afraid. Clementine would have no means to be afraid of Christa.
The River Bandit? I just don't think he's the most important character, AND he was beat up pretty badly, AND at the end of the episode there are a large number of walkers around.

We shouldn't rule out that it may just be to tease us and the person might be someone from the current group who "dies" near the start of episode 2.
Lilly was insane last time was saw her and drove off with next to no supplies in an RV Kenny said wouldn't last long (if she even gets that). It would surprise me if she lasted nearly another 2 years from that point.
