Well, I'm been thinking, this ain't spoilers, but,

Are Shel and Becca blood-related? If they appear in Season 2, the story might tell more about them.
Hope so.

Some people said that the episode 4 of Season 2 varies in 3 different slides. Will the 400 Days
character be included in the episode?

    Yes Shel and Becca are sisters. I am not sure about 400 Days characters being in episode 4, I hope so I would like to see some interaction between Clem and Becca.

    Well, I know they are siblings, but, I don't think they are really BLOOD-RELATED, more like half-sisters to me... just guessing..

    Yeah Becca calls Shel "Sis" numerous times and the other people reference it too.

    as far as I know they're siblings (confirmed on the wikia also).
    Wether or not they will make an appearance and not replaced by another character, I presume, depends on your playthrough of 400 days.
