Where did you buy the app? If you bought it from this website, it's only compatible with Mac or PC.
If you bought it from the appstore, only Apple can give you a refund. You might find also find a fix in the iOS dedicated forum (I'm assuming that you are talking about The Walking Dead, but The Wolf Among Us also has its iOS dedicated forum).
