How Clem found Omid and Christa? I assume the 2 people she saw at the end of season 1 was them then? Even though as yet there was no mention of how she met up with them agaib

We're left to assume the silhouettes Clem saw in the S1 post-credits teaser were Christa and Omid, but Telltale never confirmed it. I wish they would.
