The Original Concept..
So the original idea for The Walking Dead Video Game was that you was supposed to be Clementine's brother, they changed this as they wanted someone with less of a relation to Clementine.
Of course, they never dismissed the idea that Clementine still HAS a brother... Keep that in mind coughforepisode2cough
moving on.
How do you think the video game would of been playing as her brother?
Do you think stories would of been different, convosations and situations with clemmy would be different? Because we're her brother, we'd know almost everything about her, to allow for more "sweet" scenes together.
And then comes the end, do you think he'd of been round for season 2? what about the plot and how we find her?

Really? Clementine only ran away because of Lee refusing to help look for her perants at a desperate time.
Her brother would of shared her views most probably, stating they'd look for them together and leave the group at night (in my head) leading to them finding out and then being on their own for season 2.
Think about it its a TT Game they would have find a way to kill him
Yeah, but just cause he'd be a protagonist, doesn't mean he'd be doomed to die, I'm sure the massive feels for season 1 would of CAME from the parents zombification, You'd form a bond between the siblings and get attached to them and feel what they feel. Maybe your right, but I think Telltale would of thought of completely new ideas if it was her brother.

Wouldn't there have been photos of him in her house, though?
she probably doesn't have a brother... she also would of talked to him about Lee. But she was really interested with Ben either because she missed her "brother" or because she wanted one
Her parents would have acknowledged the brother in the answering machine messages in Ep1.
Instead of "Hey Sandra, could you look after Clem for a little longer?" and "Clementine, if you can hear this, call the police... that's 9-1-1" it would be "Hey Sandra, could you look after Clem and (Clem's brother's name) for a little longer?"/"Hey (Clem's brother's name), could you look after Clem for a little longer?" and "Clementine, (Clem's brother's name), if either of you can hear this, call the police".
Or if her brother was with Clem's parents, she would at least mention him to Lee. "Let's go look for my parents and brother in Savannah!"
if she was to have a brother, he would probably be an older brother and maybe have already moved out...
teh original concept was her brother, so we can assume he was older, probably in his 20's?
Maybe he cut all contact with his parents and moved out, never to be heard from again.
We have no idea what Clem's family was really like.. it's an intresting thing to think about atleast..
Clementine is an only child
I remember that they said they always kinda knew the main character was gonna die. It wouldn't have been exactly the same, fuck, the main character might've been bit in front of Clementine if they had gone with that idea.

It would be a really big stretch for Telltale to try to give her a brother at this point. It would make so much of the first season not make sense. Like even if her brother is moved out, why is Clementine not concerned about him at all during a frikkin Zombie Apocalypse?! Not even concerned enough to mention him one time in all the time she knew Lee or care about finding out what happened to him. Her having a brother wouldn't make any sense at all.
Mega Plot Twist:Her brother died prior to the apocalypse ,but was indeed alive but hidden away from his parents,he might the "I thought you were dead " guy
Has me worried Kirkman is going to off Clem at the end of this season. If he does.... better watch out lol.

I think that Clem's brother would of been watching her while her parents were out of town. They said they scrapped that idea and she never mentioned anything about him at all which is kinda weird, she would at least ask at some point if he was ok or they would look for him like her parents.

where did this secret brother idea come from? There's no way they could introduce an actual blood-related brother to the story now. I agree with @hightreason that it would be too much of a stretch, that's why they changed the protagonist

"I thought you were dead" person could be her brother.Think about it. Maybe before apocalypse when Clementine's not borned yet he left because of something bad and Clementine's parents tell her " He is dead" Because they knew he can't come back.
