Still Cannot Download Episode 1

When I click on the icon on my desktop it all fires up ok, then it leads to a screen where it says I need to login again. It shows my user id and then I have to put in my password. After entering my password nothing happens. It just shows the screen and the background of the flies plays. I purchased the presale in like Nov, so I would really like to play this. Thank you for the help!

    maybe de-install and download again where did you buy it on steam??

    Will that erase all my previous info? I purchased it through a presell email telltale did.

    The saves from season 1 are not gonna be deleted but season 2 if you deleted but you probably didnt played it
