Can you please clarify where you purchased the game, and for what platform? If you purchased it on our website for PC or Mac on our website, and are looking for a refund for the second copy of Season One, please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com with the Email associated with your Telltale account, and the Order ID number that you received at time of purchase, and make sure to explain that you want Season Two instead. If you've purchased the game from a Third-Party website, please contact them for assistance. We will then be able to process your request for a Season Two exchange.
