Can I use my 400 days save without having the copy for Season two

Possibly a dumb question, but I gone through switching on different operating systems. Since season two only looks for the saves I believe, I think it would work, just don't want to run in any problems yet.

    On PC and Mac, Episode 1 of Season 2 is only looking for the Season 1 save files to get your previous choices into Season 2.

    I have the save but it only says I have Season 1 completed, not 400 Days
