This is all people who can be he/she Clem point with reason:
Hershel (he could, he is not dead but Clem think he dead cuz he was alone)
lily (same reason for Hershel, Who u left behind is probably dead)
Glenn (same reason)
Vernon ( we heard about him in 400 days, so he can be)
Kenny (we dont see his death, omid and Christa say he died)
molly (we dont see her death 2, in E4 S1 u can shot him, but u cant see her death)
lee ex-wife (for geographic reason)
Christa (no need reason! she can be!)
that guy who u decide to give him water or not (we dont see he die, he have much things too say)

Glenn and Hershel dont seem very probable, the game would have to clash with the comic book and tv series too much. I also think Clem has never seen Lee's ex-wife's photo.
i think its kenny or lilly there the only two she thinks/knows kinda to be dead she still thinks christa is alive in less she is told at the beging of ep 2 tht she is dead me personaly want it to be kenny but a want lilly and to comebackthis season maybe lilly kills kenny then clem kills her or maybe molly kill her but i dont think taht would happen

i agree with u about ex wife, but if she introduce herself to clem and then clem say i think u r dead! it can be possible

It'll probably be one of the new characters, possibly the one you chose to leave behind at the river.
The only plausible ones are Kenny and Christa.
After two years Glenn and Hershel are already dead (game is canon with comic), Lilly was originally planned to become a Woodbury citizen but Kirkman fucked up with his novel and now TTG had to change it into "What now". And in some scenarios Clementine doesn't think of Molly as dead so it would make absolutely no sense for Clementine to say "I thought you were dead".
