I am guessing you naturally don't get the "who's baby is it?" dialogue choice.
As for other changes...I dunno....maybe in episode 2 Clementine shows surprise when it's announced/revealed at some point? .....probably minor changes since few would choose not to hide I guess.

Carlos must think Nick has got problems or something since that's like 3 times now he has looked up to see Nick staring in his direction before looking down lol
it seems like it will be a pretty big plotline so I'm guessing Clem will somehow find out in the next episode whether they have already heard it in-game or not. The next episodes will tie up the loose ends to get everyone on the same page, like the Carley/Doug situation
It looks like non of the group was hiding how they really feel outside they all have exactly the same opinion in the kitchen.
