Let's suppose he runs into Christa and she tells him that Clemintine told her and Omid that she killed Lee. Now let's suppose that Kenny is in episode or season two and he asks Clemintine if she really killed Lee. Now let's suppose you are right and she didn't actually hit him with the bullet.
CHOICE: Did you kill Lee?
Yes- Simply Nod [Then say that she got him killed in the first place and couldn't finish him off.
No- Explain that the shot hit the side of his head, and Lee sighed/laughed a bit before dying.
I think this would be amazing to explore whethor or not Clemintine blames herself for Lee's death. I can only imagine how Kenny would take it learning this.
What about Clem seeing Lee as a hallucination YET she's in the presence of other characters? The player then needs to choose whether to talk to Lee for emotional reasons and ask him for his advice or dismiss it as a hallucination and Clem tells him she knows he was killed or says "Not right now". If she talks to him she gains advice and arguably closure yet the other characters are perplexed and lose trust in her, some suggesting she's insane, or keeping the character's trust yet losing a conversation with Lee which could be his only appearance in S2?

I was thinking he might turn up in some sort of flashbacks, taking place during the three-month timeskip between episode 1 and 2. Your thought… more on how it could turn out is also a sound one. Either way yes, I have a feeling we'll see Lee once more.

There was no dialogue and it was done for shock value.
Granted it's decent, but with the above combination it's a little easier to pull off simply because it was something Lee was afraid of happening and a very possible future.
What people are asking for here in general is a conversation with a dead guy who we know is dead for sure. (other than a couple guys who are still grasping at straws)

I would like a flashbacks or she finds a police report and flashback occurs where you play as Lee and goes through how got to the position to kill and why and how the events took place could even do guardian angel sequence where Clem gets into a difficult situation and is scared and lee appears comforts her and tells her to believe in herself but maybe Lee legacy was previous game and showing him again will only damage his legacy has to be done very well or dont try
It'd be pretty weird or surreal if Clementine saw someone other than Lee depending on certain choices she made/Lee made in the game. Or maybe she sees two people, one of them is Lee but the other depends on your choices.
From these unused audio clips from episode two it looks like they had planned a dream sequence where Doug/Carley weren't very happy if you didn't save them. I think it'd be awesome to do something similar to this with Lee except where he's trying to encourage Clementine to keep going despite the hardships she's endured.

The voice actor of lee Dave fennoy said he was working on a top secret project so this is very possible
