400 days already purchased..

I have purchased twice the 4 chapters + 400 days pack and I can only download the 2,3,4 & 5 chapters

For 400 days, the app says to purchase it again. I noticed that I could have downloaded it some days ago. it was avaitable to be downloaded to me, but anymore.

What can I do now. I had another issue like this some time ago and you told me to purchase them again. So I paid the package twice...

What should I do now?

    This solution was the one you gave me previously, and it solved the trouble but I have now two charges in my credit card For the same thing and you can only say to me that only Apple store can give me a refund. So, I dont really think you are really asking me to press purchase button For a third time, are you?

    if the app has a bug. Why dont you repair it?

    The trouble is still there. It was solved the time before because I paid again. So i dont want this happens to me again...

    I purchased 400 and it's slow in downloading. Tried numerous times....the other episodes downloaded right away... I want too play 400 days... Please help

    Please also close all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources to run the game. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game. This will allow the devices cache to clear.
