Just chiming in that I'll be at PAX roaming around.

Too bad I don't have a pin that says 'Ask me about SAM & MAX'...
    Aye.

20 points for the reference. :D

Only 9 days to go now. :)

We'll have Nick, so hopefully some video will happen. We'll probably be doing the photo update and twitter thing again, too.

Jake posted some pictures of our booth here.

The crates are en route to Seattle now, so it's out of our hands... until we get there and have to put it together, of course. :D

    Three more days!

Wow, I didn't fully realize how... human you guys are. I mean, I was impressed and pleased that you had a great connection with your fanbase, and could joke and cajole and carouse with the rest of us. But seeing these pictures of you guys setting up the booth, in your casual clothes and awesome haircuts (Emily and Rachel)... I have deeper awe and respect for Telltale's employees now!

    ...awesome haircuts (Emily and Rachel)...

    Ouch, man. Ouch.

Between me and you Doug, I think you've got the best haircut. ;)

Aww, don't feel bad. I like your beard! Beards are always marvelous. The short-hair-on-a-female just jumps out at me first as being the one of the most awesome things ever.

After all these centuries, our elaborate ruse still holds up.

    Also on PAX:
I just read that Ron Gilbert and Hothead will be showing the first three teasers of DEATHSPANK!

    Can't wait to see that.

My hair's shorter than Emily's. Does that make me awesomer?

As far as hairstyle goes, yes, it does.

Tabacco's Flickr seems to be posting PAX pictures. This one's from the exhibition hall:

So they're on the Telltale booth area, and the Ubisoft booth has the two people arguing. That means that Microsoft is on the left, and Valve on the right. (Also, I think the red-orange banner might be coming from EA's booth)

Looks like they (and we back at the office) are anxiously waiting for the booth parts to arrive. Eesh, I hope it gets there soon!

Our crates arrived at around 5:00, in spite of the shipping company claiming the driver arrived at 8:00 this morning and wasn't allowed in. It was a huge hassle and I don't know who to believe, but it turned tonight into a late night for us. (And as you can tell from the last picture on Flickr, we're far from done...)

Also I don't know what the four of us were looking at, but I don't think those guys were arguing.

about the crates....isn't that what usually happens at such events? from my experience it is. also, usually having a booth is by far not as bad as organising the whole event.
anyway, it will probably be a pretty sweet booth..i wish i could be there. next year i will take two weeks off to go to pax.

Eh, I wasn't really surprised that it happened, but it doesn't change the fact that it was frustrating. :o (Also it doesn't change the fact that we wasted five hours when we could have been building, sitting around waiting for it to show up!)

Our two crates of merchandise and equipment, which arrived separately, was waiting for us when we got there.

Yep, this booth totally destroys our IKEA shelf and cardboard-box getup from Comic-Con. Glad everything finally arrived!

Conventions are intense...and crowded. I was so exhausted, I had to head home. Worse still, I forgot that I'm going to miss their panel tonight. :(

    :(

The panel was fun. Other than forgetting the USB cord at for the camera and having to run to the hotel and back before the panel started (what is it with us and cameras?), it went pretty well. :)

Well, considering your last camera issue was *also* USB cord-related...

Right, so this year we totally remembered the camera. What we forgot was the USB cord that would allow us to get pictures off of it.

..."What it is" with you and cameras, at least this year, is that you don't bring USB cords. Or, at least...

I brought a USB cable with me but by the time anyone thought to use it , Emily'd already gone home and taken the laptop.

...don't realize that you've brought USB cords until you've already flown the lappy back home. ;)

It's okay, though. We still love you. And we know you'll have this problem fixed next year. Because by then you'll move on to not bringing memory cards, laptops, or battery recharging cables. :)

Next year they'll forget to bring themselves.
