Multi-pack with no 400 Days episode

I want to purchase the multi-pack with no bonus episode, but that option doesn't appear in the in-app purchases. Is there a way to buy the multi-pack bundle with no bonus episode? :/

    While it is possible to purchase the multi-pack without 400 Days, you will have to follow the steps in this thread under the bolded "For users who have purchased the original multi-pack (Episode 2-5 only):" text and you should be able to purchase the original multi-pack.

    Please note that after following those steps, you will have to play the game offline, and without any patches or updates, to get the app to work correctly. As you are not receiving any patches or updates, you will run into issues that are fixed in the Multi-pack that includes 400 Days. I recommend that you purchase the pack with 400 Days in order to receive the best gaming experience, but it is possible to download the original multi-pack.

    I tried to do that, switched off 4G and WiFi and entered the app, but the option to buy just episodes 2-5 together won't appear. Any ideas why? :(

    Your application may be updated past the point where our original multi-pack was available. I apologize for the inconvenience, but you can still purchase the pack with 400 Days included.
