Who do you guys think the woman in a crooked mile is? She could be just nypd, but based on twd, it's going to have some significance, maybe she's a fable who works for the nypd? Theories? Thoughts? Fire away.

I think at some part of the game the people in fabletown will actually think the killer is bigby, so maybe that's why they hired a mundy cop?
Or they start their own investigation considering that they did find snow's head. Bigby would also be the prime suspect for both murders because he was the last one seen with both Faith and Snow which explains why there is a cop tailing Bigby in the slide.
That's exactly what I was thinking, I'm also predicting that she somehow dies and bigb is blamed.
