I don't think it's Vernon or Glenn, ın my opinion Glenn fullfilled his purpose; he was only there to make people from comic and tv show feel "The Walking Dead" soon as possible (like Hershell), and for Vernon, even he's alive, Omid and Christa only knew his group took the boat after they went (or taking by force but still no more information) so there's nothing "bad" she has to think he's dead
For Molly, Clem has no reason to think she's dead. I'm not talking about proofs, she simply disapeared for her it's not like Kenny (Omid and Christa probably said he was lost to horde) and Lilly (she either says "I'll die out there" or Kenny says something like "she can't go with RV for along time") Clementine can make an assumptions to their fate.
And thinking about Clem's expression, that can be a shock and it can be change two seconds later (possitive or negative way), So that can lead to Kenny, Lilly and Christa
