Problem with purchase

I tried to purchase Walking Dead season 2. After filling in my info and credit card info I received error message (I don't recall the exact text but something like "Some error occurred, please try again later"). I tried again later and got the same error. I checked the bank account and I have been charged twice by TELLTALE, INC.

1) Can you reverese one of the charges?
2) Can you add the purchased game to my profile?

After you receive an email from us containing your Unique Ticket Number, please feel free to send me a personal message, and I can try to look into why this error occurred, and look into getting one of your charges reversed.
