Question about Christa in Season 2 - possible spoilers

I have a question regarding Christa. If you haven't played the first episode of Season 2 yet, do not read further.

When Christa and Clementine are in the woods after Omid is shot dead, I noticed Christa isn't preggers (apologies if that word offends anyone) anymore, yet there is no baby. Did she miscarry? Did the baby die? This is not explained, but maybe it will be in a future episode? What do you guys think? My apologies if this already has been discussed...I couldn't find a similar one.

    It probably died since in the condition it was born in

    We don't know yet for sure. I'm guessing this will be explored in Episode 3, or possibly earlier if Christa shows up in Episode 2.

    Any guess is good, but I'd say a baby delivered in a wasteland by a 10-11 year old doesn't have a great chance.
