Proof Christa is alive and we will see her again.
Early in Season 2 Episode 1 Clem and Christa are around a campfire. I was given the option of telling Christa that I missed Lee and I chose that option.
The game then denoted that "Christa will remember that". VERY shortly after that you are separated from Christa and we are left wondering if she survived. I'd say yes she is alive and we will see her again. Otherwise why would there be a need for her to "remember that".
Am I crazy that this is suddenly so clear to see?

There is a chance she is alive but you hear the scream after you leave her or throw an object at the bandits.
Right before Lilly shot Carley/Doug.....
"Carley/Doug will remember that" Did that stop Carley/Doug from dying?
In Episode 1 of Season 1 when you are driven by that cop, and you say something to him it is also written "He will remember that", and then he dies shortly afterwards. So this isn't much of a proof. But! Christa is a far more important character than some random cop, so it is plausible. I suppose?
If only this were true, but remember carly/doug? They "will remember that", then 2mins later get chewed on by walkers lol
. I have a feeling that most of those will remember that things aren't real, they work in a way similar to the placebo effect, in which it makes us believe that our choices will affect them and the one just made will be one of them. I don't think they have any significance though

Actually, remember in episode 3 when Carley and Ben were accused of sneaking supplies to the bandits? If you side with/go against Carley, she will notice it and "Carley will remember that." will appear at the top of the screen. Unfortunately, she was unexpectedly shot by Lilly. So the whole "_____ will remember that" thing is invalid. But I still believe Christa is alive..........I hope.
When telling Shaun how you killed a "Walker" in S1E1 (if you chose to tell him) it says "Shaun will remember that", but he dies minutes later, so I don't think it matters too much. That being said; I believe Christa to be alive, but I don't think we'll see her in Episode 2.

I don't think it matters if they put a notice everytime you talk to someone that means they are spared.I saw a similar thread back then.
