  • Yeah it's the best thing we can do.trust telltale for what they are doing.and I'm sure they are not lazy if they were the season one would not reach its fame.telltale is a very good team.

There are many ways this can end well. They would have to be lazy or uncaring not to come up with one. I don't think they are lazy. I am sure that they care. So, I am trusting them.

  • I am going to trust that they know how to best end it in a way we won't hate.
In a way we will love and remember.
A way that makes us say.
I am playing through this again.
And not a way that destroys our hope.

    I like the game.
I love so much about it.
But, I cannot honestly say that I will continue to trust a company whom is incapable of a non depressing ending.
I don't mind if the game is depressing.
But I cannot want a depressing absolute conclusion.

I don't think it would be the end of telltale if they kill clementine.some of us are huge fans of telltale and personally in all of my life I

Clementine IS and always has been the core of the walking dead game even though some of us might not have seen it when the first season started.. killing her off in season 2 would be tragic but it would also make everything Lee did in season 1 meaningless and kill of whatever Legacy Lee has in Clementine. I would be ok with new characters for season 3..ok maybe i would miss lee and clem but they dont have to kill her to continue the series if they choose to.

  • If it is possible that an tearjerking game don't depress us like examples you said(last of us) then telltale can do it too just like naughty dog did with last of us.

It doesn't have to depress me to make me cry. That is a very black and white belief. Example, I was teary at the end of Heavy Rain. And Last of Us. And a little at the end of KH2.

  • EXACTLY.
    This is what I mean.
I might stay interested in future groups IF Clem gets a good enough ending.
Because then I can trust that they are capable of non depressing endings in the series.

  • A depressing ending is the thing I fear.the ending of episode 5 season 1 crushed me depressed me and I don't think that I want it any more(specially when it is about clementine the reason that I love the game)
