I'm not positive if this is an official site for replacement items. If it is, I'm sure they would ask for your government-issued officer number before placing an order. (And specifically about badges, I bet you'll need a reason and approval to why you need a new badge. You can't own more than one shield.)
If they don't ask for a number, remember kiddies, it is illegal to pose as a police officer (or any government official) if you aren't one.
or a doctor, don't forget about them! Though a Freelance Police Badge would be sweet.
