Kenny's Boat?
So, i noticed while replaying season one for fun and talking with Kenny at the farm, He says that if things would get too bad they could just hop on his boat. Where is this boat when they actually need it now? in Episode 3 instead of arguing to go in the RV, why not argue to go to the boat? But nope- Episode 4 they have such a struggle finding a boat while Kenny could of just thought.
Don't get me wrong on this, Kenny is my favorite character but I'm surprised he didn't even mention it during ep 3 or 4.

Didn't Kenny say he lived in Fort Lauderdale? I'm thinking he didn't want to go all the way the Florida to get his boat, so he said "fuck it" and they just went to the nearest coast city- Savannah..
...Well friend, you have a point. I kinda forgot how far Georgia was to Florida....i feel dumb now.
I believe Fort Lauderdale is at the very south tip of Florida, so yeah. And Florida is a pretty big state. But you know Kennt, crazy shit just comes out of his mouth sometimes
If you look at this map, you can see Fort Lauderdale is at the very southern part of Florida, and Savannah is much closer to Macon. Looks like we found out answer, dude
Eyup, i also remember Kenny mentioning they were visiting Kat's sister in Memphis, so they were pretty far from home anyway i guess. I'm supposing most the gas they got at the end of episode one was used up during the 3 months. Not to mention the gas they gave to the St.Johns in episode two which is more than likely why there were so low on episode three.
Yup, that's right
Well between the first and second episodes of season one, three months have gone by.
So it would be pretty unlikely that Kenny's boat would still be there.
Even Chuck said that finding a boat would be a long shot, as other people would probably have the same idea and have already sailed off with them.
Plus with Savannah being the closest destination, it would make sense to head there.
As opposed to trying to cross the Florida state line in an RV that has an unreliable engine.
Even if the RV were to make it across the state line, they'd still have the rest of the entire state of Florida to cross before reaching Fort Lauderdale.
The distance between Macon Georgia and Fort Lauderdale Florida is about an 8 hour trip of 565 miles.
If Lilly manages to steal the RV, Kenny makes the comment that it's radiator hose was only going to last for another 30 miles.
If I were driving a vehicle with an engine in that poor a shape, with my life possibly depending on whether i made it or not, it wouldn't be a chance I'd take.
As opposed to Savannah being only a 166 mile drive from Macon.
It would be a much better shot.
Not to mention safer!
If it were me, I'd try for Augusta- Richmond County, as it's located at the fall line of the Savannah river, and it's only 2hrs and 17 minutes from Macon, or about 121 miles. Try and find a boat there and sail down river which eventually spills out into the Atlantic.
And after hitting the ocean, I'd work my way down the Florida coast, make a final stop in Miami to replenish any supplies I would need, then sail straight for the Florida keys, which only 15 miles from Miami.
Kenny's boat was likely stole by some random person in Florida that or its just sitting their
kenny boat was stole i think
