Whoa as part of the huge SBCG4AP site re-launch, we've also stealth-launched a new HUGE part of the Telltale site: TTG Videos!

We unearthed as many videos as we could find from the last four years of TTG, and put them together on what we hope is an extremely easy-to-browse network of pure bliss.

Check it out! Feel free to rate up videos you find enjoyable :) We should be adding comments and a few other goodies in the coming week.s

Nice, I'm really curious what we are going to see there. I always like those behind-the-scenes-at-Telltale videos, and I miss the Interim theatre, so I'm glad this happened.

But, why does every Telltale-series get its own 'channel' except Bone (or Texas Hold Em, but that's not really a series)? Are you only giving the active series their own channel (and does this mean we can expect more CSI from Telltale in te future)?

If you will excuse me, I'm going to watch that hilarious puppet show again.:)

I'll try to get some themes made for the other series at some point :)

    Cool, cool.:)

So THAT'S what happened to the pirate! XD

    Bone needs love!
Who is the cartoon guy next to the voting? Is it anyone specific?

That would be Kevin Bruner, if I'm not mistaken. By the way, great idea for a new section, Jake (or whomever came up with the original idea). I was beginning to miss the Interim Theater myself.

    Looks great! Congrats!

Sweet! I like the possibilities this presents.

From a user point of view, it would be nice to have a "Games" page that has all of the stuff in the "Explore Videos by Category" section. From a developer point of view, it would be stupid to create a whole new page for this, but the first place I looked for the game categories was along the top of the page. It took me a while to find the game logos down at the bottom of the page.

This sort of thing -- maybe not exactly what you described, but better browsing and listing and displaying of categories -- will probably happen eventually.

Embedding support just went up, and we should have comments soon.

D'oh! I'll get that up soon. Don't know how it fell through the cracks.

It's worth noting that the "Check out Wallace & Gromit!" link at the top of the Wallace & Gromit page links to the Sam & Max page. Unless Wallace & Gromit are secretly distant cousins of Sam & Max, that should probably be fixed.

    Fixed, thanks
  • That's awesome! I love the German Telltale Poker commercial... XD

The Season Two trailer's now up: http://www.telltalegames.com/videos/sammaxseasontwotrailer

Also the weird 70s/80s bad horror sequel trailer that is Ice Station Santa is now up as well: http://www.telltalegames.com/videos/icestationsantatrailer

I forgot the foreshadowing of the Mariachi and the snow devil in those.

Also, bonus: This is probably the first time people have seen the War Song in widescreen. (Coming soon to the Wii retail version.)

I'm not bothered if you can't get them up in iPod format as I can convert it myself, but a download option would still be nice. ;)

Right now the big roadblock is in transcoding things to all sorts of formats. We don't have an automated infrastructure for that :)

The real question is: did he really swallow it?

the other real question is: why did he even eat it?

All you need to do now is put the Bone logo in the 'Explore Videos by Category' bit and I will be satisfied. ;)

Any chance we'll be able to see which videos have "most thumbs this week" vs "most all time" or such? Or perhaps have the ratings reset and be able to give another thumb to a video after a few weeks to be able to see what's consistently popular?

(I hope this post makes sense, I've been up since 6AM and it's now 1AM, I'll see in the morning, haha)

Heh okay maybe they're too subtle right now. It's the little talk bubble next to the "share and embed" tab on each video.

Ah yes. Is there any chance the comments count could be listed with all the other information too? :)
