Why the Two Shadows At the end weren't Omid and Christa

So after you cross the sign and get separated from Omid and Christa no matter where you tell them to go you always see the same scene at the end , Im I the only one who thinks maybe Omid and Christa didn't make it to wherever you told them to go and Clem just found them later ? This is supported by the fact you can tell them to look for a boat , And you definitely are not gonna find one in the middle of the countryside. Maybe she just found them in the hills like we saw after the credits but thats what Telltale wants you to think , Maybe The people she really saw could come back later in the game or could even be related to the thought to be dead guy , Just something to think about !

I think it was Omid and Christa. Seems like a bad cliffhanger if it wasn't them, Knowing that we would never see them again.
Mind blowing theory - so in the teaser you only see two guys the asian and the bold dude , what if they are the 2 people she saw on the hills and when she steps up and sees them she says that , That would be crazy
I'm sure it was them.
I would be really disappointed in that case. Because at this point we the player should only know as much as Clementine knows anything. Pulling a curveball like that wouldn't leave me or anyone emotionally connected to what's going on.
Kenny doesn't approve of the two people on the hill...
