Why are they mean to Clem?
Why is the whole group mean to Clem? Especially Luke. Luke threw Clem on the floor and told her that he wont carry her! Then Luke locks Clem in the shed and Clem almost died because of it. If it wasnt for Luke Clem wouldnt be in that shed and she wouldnt have almost died. Why is the whole group mean to Clem and why is Luke the meanest?

Huh? Luke is the nicest guy out of the entire group so far. What game are you playing? lol. But he dropped her because he saw that she had a bite on her arm. I would've done the same thing, to be honest. And it wasn't Luke's decision to lock her in there, either. Also, they appear to be "mean" because they have trust issues due to past events. I'm sure everyone else will warm up to her.
He didnt stop it. He actually escorted her to the shed! If you ask him to let you go he says its "too risky." He is selfish and mean.
.... She is a stranger who has a huge gaping bite on her arm honestly i feel if they hadnt been suspicious and locked her in the shed I wouldnt want to stay with the group that had no safety precautions. Clem was only nearly killed due to her screaming and leaving a huge hole for the walker to get into.
Also think back to episode 2, I bet Ben thought the entire season 1 group were mean when he arrived.
Well, I don't think he's selfish or mean. Later in the episode, he's a lot nicer to Clemmy asking her if she's hungry and fed her. Rebecca didn't even say one single nice thing to her.
No he's not. He simply could not do anything. He was thinking: "If I let her go, she could come back with thugs or Carver and kill us all!". And of course the whole group (except Pete) would be against him if he did so otherwise. Remember, they had a similar survivor-with-bite situation except it ended horribly (Nick's mom got killed).
Are we talking about the same Luke? You know, the one who saved Clementine's life and defended her from the group. Also protesting that the group let Clementine go. The one who fed Clementine when she was starving and the only one who bothered to get to know her. You're right, he sure is selfish and mean.
The one who threw Clementine on the floor then threw her in the shed!
Are you being serious
Yes! He hurt Clem!
I was wondering about that. They treat Clem like she's a full-grown adult and not the scared, lost child she is. I can understand that it may be hard to believe that she's not bitten, but after just a couple hours there would be signs of fever and sickness. They certainly didn't have to wait all night with her in the shed to find out whether she was bitten by a walker.
The group isn't that mean to Clem.
Luke - He's the nicest guy in the group, he simple dropped Clem because he saw the bite and thought that she was gonna turn soon. He was against locking Clem in the shed.
Pete - He trusts Clem, and even took her to the cabin, although he wasn't tottaly against locking Clem.
Alvin - He's neutral, although he can even help Clem get bandages and an apple juice box.
Carlos - He's mean because Clem convinced Sarah to give her peroxide.
Rebecca - She's just a bitch.
I laughed so hard when I saw this.
How is Luke mean to Clem? He just didn't want to get bitten and, ya know, DIE. He thought Clem had a zombie bite, so him throwing her to the ground is perfectly understandable. He even argued FOR fixing up her wound and helping her out when they were discussing it. The only reason he went along with them to lock her in the shed is because they voted and he got overruled. As far as he knows, Clem is just some stranger who could possibly turn into a zombie in a few hours. Luke is the nicest person there, aside from maybe Pete.
