Better NOT post links. Or other forums will get really messed up for few minutes. 'Cause you know,there is the IP ban on other forums,and if some troll attacks,it's just matter of minutes. I runned a forum myself and I tought that the IP ban was a very basic option. Guess I was wrong,yay.

Anyone who might be interested in an alternative Walking Dead forum, just PM me for a link. There are currently 32 of us there, most of whom are/were members of the Telltale forum.
And if you're using Google Chrome, I also know how to block certain images from appearing. PM me if you're interested in knowing how to do that as well.

People will quite happily downvote anything they happen to even remotely disagree with.
Ignore the vote system. It's fundamentally flawed and ultimately utterly pointless.
No What i mean is since earlier today there someone out there who happens to be bored and has downvoted anything they come cross even comments that have nothing to do with them
Yeah, just got online a little while ago and saw a spontaneous amount of down-votes to things that shouldn't really be down-voted.
So it looks like this person is just downright Trolling
Well, I mean technically it shouldn't really bother you. It does nothing to you. But sometimes I take them into account as people saying something about the post that they don't like or disagree with, so when someone does it randomly it tends to just confuse me and make me wonder whether they're trolling or actually disagreeing with what you're saying.
Right know its obvious they are just trolling , take a look at all the comments in this thread
Sadly, that's what I mean by 'fundamentally flawed'.
There's really not a whole lot we can do about it other than say "ignore it", because ultimately having a comment downvoted by someone does NOTHING. It doesn't cause your post to be flagged, it doesn't get automatically deleted, it just... has a few downvotes.
It's an utterly pointless system that none of us wanted in the first place, but hey, we have it, so... eh.
Its not anyone's fault , The problem is the people themselves , If they could just man up and act like grown men for once in their lives none of this nonsense would happen

OK, I see you guys have got yourselves a nice new forum going. Cool.
We actually had a similar situation when the new site first hit, and unfortunately we had to remove links to that new forum because they didn't make it clear that it was a fan site unaffiliated with Telltale. Fortunately, you seem to be in the clear on that front, so that's cool.
I can't endorse this new forum (for obvious reasons), but as long as you make sure it's clearly not anything to do with Telltale, then I see absolutely no problems with you guys running it. Have fun!

It should show up in your profile feed. It will have a purple background and display the PM right in your feed.
