I think she could have went into labour right after Omid dies, due to the stress of the situation. Clem has to Help her obviously. At some point you as Clem may have to Kill a zombie field Michelle or Omid, or both. This can be done in a flashback.
For some reason I also feel that a passer by ( or even a friend of michelle OR even a 400 days character ) will stumble across the scene and help, something happens, choices are made and the passer/passers by end up with an " unknown fate " then they turn out to be the " I thought you were dead " guy!
its a bit out there i admit, but if it turns out to be somewhat true, you heard it here first!

Has TTG TWD done any flashbacks? I don't remember them doing one (I could be wrong) but I don't see them starting now.
