There´s a body on the riverside. But it´s not Christa, but Anna Correa, who had the same character model as Christa, or it is at least a woman with their character model.
Still, I think Christa didn´t make it. When you distract the scavengers, you hear her screaming, then a gunshot. If you sneak away, Winston stabs her leg and you then hear a shot, but no scream.
However, there is a theory that Christa got saved by another group and they shot Ralph (the third scavenger), since the sound of the gun is a rifle, but both scavengers only had pistols.
Ahhhhh, okay, thank you. That makes a lot more sense. But, yeah, I kind of have a feeling Christa didn't make it. Though I didn't choose the "sneaking away" option.

She survived, Telltale already gave Omid a meaningless Death so they wouldn't do the same to Christa , That was just an excuse Telltale made To separate them so Clementine met the Cabin Survivirs , Shes gonna come back and have a meaningful death
I doubt she is dead, and I think we will definitely see her again. I think, however, they should leave her as 'unknown' because in a world like TWD I think not being sure should play a bigger role for the characters.
I do agree with that logic. In retrospect I'd be super annoyed if there are a bunch of meaningless deaths this season. Especially since we had no real influence on Omid's or Christa's (if it happened).

No, just not knowing. Never see that person again, alive or dead, so they can never truely put that part of their life behind them. Always having that nagging feeling in the back of their minds of 'I wonder if...'
Thats where your decision comes into play , If you helped her she would be happy tonsee you and would thank you for sticking up for her even though she blamed you for omid's death, However if you didn't help her she would be more hostile towards you , Makes sense to you?
But Anna Correa's model was used on Episode 5 where 2 married couple's corpses are next to Fivel's mansion.
