"The Cover"
Ok, this might sound stupid to you but in the cover it showed clem. and a bunch of zombies around her but the question is she bitten because she was holding her arm and there was blood under her hand also she was again around a bunch of zombies. It wasn't the dog bite because it was too high up to be the dog bite.

Its been proved over and over again thats covers and trailers are not completely accurate, So i would suggest you don't pur too much emphasis on it
She wasn't bitten. The cover was probably released about a month before ep. 1. They just made some changes. It's just another reason why we can't trust the thumbnails particularly.
Although it might be at the end where she gets bitten like they did with lee
Because they would definitely want to spoil that for us he said sarcastically

I doubt Clem would get bitten, maybe she could die another way, but not bitten..it would be a big dissapointment if they just repeated Lee's story.
