After looking over your Support Tool, it seems that your computer's graphics card is not meeting the minimum system requirements to run the game. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your card is currently producing 64mb. I noticed that your computer is using an integrated graphics card. As we don't recommend integrated cards to play our game, you may be able to update the card's drivers to the latest version, and then you may be able to play the game successfully. However, if that does not work, unfortunately, I would have to recommend either upgrading your graphics card, or playing on a supported computer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
