Birthday gift for my sister.
Hello. Is it possible to start a new account for my sister, who lives in another country and then use my creditcard to buy stuff on her account and then let her login and run the account or will there be conflicts in any way?

That should be totally fine.
If you do create an account for her, and she wants change the password or email associated with the account, she can do so by logging into the account, and clicking on the small, downward pointing triangle at the top of the website for the drop down menu, and clicking 'Settings.' From there she can change the email address and/or password.
