The Watch
When you go into the bedroom to get the bandages (if Alvin doesn't give you them), there is a watch in the drawer. You had a choice to pick it up, or leave it. On my first playthrough I wasn't going to pick it up because I thought I would get caught if they found out that it was gone. But I couldn't help myself and still took it. If it effects the story at all, I'm assuming that if you did take it, they will find out and become less trustworthy of you. How do you guys think this will effect the story?

I believe they will notice that even though it is but a small thing, although for all we know it could hold within it the cure to the infection, anyway on to a serious note I didn't take it and I hope that for your sake they won't notice but who knows it did look like a pretty fancy watch.
Clem is pretty anti-stealing, if you remember the station wagon from Season 1... I didn't take it, just didn't seem like something she would do.
Perhaps...Clem will use it to check the time!
I think I should start doing my choices based on what the characters would do. I play the game doing the choices I believe in.
I didn't even know there was a watch to take.
I'm thinking one of three things happens if you take the watch...
The cabin group finds out and immediately becomes more suspicious of Clementine. It will probably lead to extra hostility in the group towards Clem and adds fuel to the fire for those who want her gone.
The watch is used as some kind of bargaining chip in a later part of the series. You either use it a means to barter with some other survivor for supplies or you'll offer it up as a means to bribe a rival group from not attacking you.
The watch actually belongs to this mysterious Carver character. Depending if you stole it or not, this will ultimately end up influencing how he reacts towards Clem when he meets her.
Thoughts?
Hmm. I'm not sure. Was there anything out of the ordinary about the watch? I find it kind of odd that it would be placed in a drawer. If that room belongs to Rebecca and Alvin, then the watch being Carver's and hidden in a drawer would make a little sense. I believe that Rebecca had an affair with Carver and the baby is his due to her reactions whenever he is brought up, so if Rebecca kept anything of Carver's she'd want to keep it hidden.
Did anyone notice that Lee wore a similar watch however, the one in Season 2 is gold not silver (The one Lee wore).
What if it is Luke's watch or at least his father's watch, and he holds onto it as memento of his parents (like Clem with her hat). If you didn't steal you enter that bedroom(which is his) and when they talk he opens the drawer and he shows her the watch and explains what it means to him. If you stole it, he opens the drawer and assumes that Clem took it, straining their friendship. Maybe in episode 2 this will happen when walking around in and out of the cabin interacting the area and other characters.
I think if you take it the group would be angry at you.
