It's one of those question that we may never know until maybe when Telltale reveals it

I think the reason why Clem doesn't have a surname is because she could be anybody. A sibling. A classmate. A neighbor. A friend. A stranger. That's the beauty of it, Clem could be one of us. I think TellTale not revealing her last name has a deeper meaning to it than can't be bothered.
The favorite of the previous thread regarding this matter appeared to be "Orange".
I thought it might have been Heisenberg.

I don't know what her surname is, but I know that Nate is her real father and they haven't revealed Nate's last name.
This is actually a good theory to me. I mean,in the comic,for example,Maggie and Glen adopted Sophia. So maybe Clementine Everett is right. But I think that her surname isn't important

At what age to people start remembering their last names without repeating them all the time? Honestly with everyone using the first name basis throughout the four-five months of season 1 and the 16 month gap I'm surprised she didn't forget. The only last name we know is Everett, it could be the same case for Clementine.
