Paid for the multi-series package but cannot retrieve other seasons

Hi I have purchased the full packaged of 4 seasons with 400 days at $19.99. Payment receipt was received however I cannot load but the first season on my iPad. Tried removing the app and install again still doesn't work. Nothing happens when I tap on "restore". Have no idea what's the problem. Can you please help?

  • Thanks for your reply. I did try purchasing it again in the seasons tab however it doesn't pop up to say that I have owned the content-I am asked to confirm my payment information to finish purchasing. I am fairly certain that the first purchase was done because I have received the receipt from App Store and the transit is on my credit card statement.
