Plz help me with TWD2 save files

I have to transfer my game save files from a pc running windows 8 to a mac running Mavericks, where I can find and where i have to put the files?

tnx a lot

PS: I have to transfer also the saves of TWD1? Or only TWD2 files are necessaries? (I have already finished the first episode of TWD2)
