Activation Question

Hello, Telltale. I got around this, but I decided I should probably report it...

I can't seem to activate the Strong Bad game using my e-mail and password, which I used several times. But for some reason, my username plus password worked easily.

    What happened when you tried your email and password? Did it say wrong password or did it say you don't seem to have the game?

    It said there was an error. There was an "I'm sorry, but..." something something something. I got two different ones, a small black box with a red bar at the top and the white box.
