Seasonpasses and doubble billing.

Hey guyes. TWAU is my very first seasonpass purchase.
I went into the game, and downloaded the new episode. Now Microsoft have billed me for ep2 even though I already own the seasonpass.
So my question is. In the future. How do I download the episodes without getting doubble billed?

Note. I use the xbox 360

    quite simple really when you get the 'confirm download' page CHECK IT SAYS FREE.

    i guess you clicked through too quick to see 'the charge/fee'

    contact support and see if you can get a refund if you genuinely did it by accident.

    I have the same problem. I bought the season pass a few weeks back and when the Episode 2 came out I couldn't download it because it wanted me to pay for it again. I read some comments about it (I think everyone who bought the season pass on xbox 360 have the same problem). They said Telltale and Microsoft are working on it. I really hope I can play it soon because I loved the first episode :)

    Oh I just read a comment from Milosuperspesh:
    xbox have/are sending out redeemable codes for ep2 in the xbox msg inbox.
    and once you have the code use it but let it download 100% before booting up the game.

    gee thanks blind,

    also if you redeem it on the web site the xbox should have the game in the download queue which mine did.

    so unless there's a glitch in the matrix and it doesn't show up in there then yes go to download history.
