My theory (Lots of spoilers :D)
So, where to start....
I'll start with Crane. I highly doubt he is the killer. I do think he is more involved with the murders than shown from the first two episodes, though. I think he is attracted to Snow, sexually and possibly in love with her. I do not think it is just a sex fetish since he is shown to actually care a lot about Snow, in the car ride with him he seems to really be upset about what they thought was Snow's death at the time, in the dungeon he seemed very worried about Snow's safety.
I think Crane smashed the mirror at the end of episode 2 so that the mirror couldn't tell anyone he was spying on Bigby. I think he was angered, embarrassed, and scared that his secret attraction towards Snow was found out. Angered and embarrassed should be obvious, scared because that also made him the biggest suspect in the murders. I do think he had sex with Lily, since his behavior while in the dungeon shows he was worried about them finding out about it and pissed that he had sex with a troll(I guess you could say he was trolled), but I don't think he's the murderer. He is also one of the only people to have easy access to Snow's perfume, picture, and hair.
It may seem like the Woodsman is nearly useless in questioning compared to Tweedle Dee(I have only questioned the Woodsman once, and didn't get much out of him, just that he was expecting Lily....but got Faith instead), but it shows that he was one of Faith's clients as well and thus a bigger suspect in the murders than he was in episode 1. It also shows people don't like others knowing about their sex life, since he REALLY didn't want to talk about it, so it's not unreasonable to think Crane REALLY didn't want to talk about his sex life either.
On to Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. I think they are employed by Crane. I saw another comment somewhere on the forums mentioning this and decided I think it's true. There is evidence to back this up. Crane probably didn't want anyone finding about his sex life and attraction towards Snow White, so he hired Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum to investigate the murders as well, people who he could probably just pay off to keep any evidence he may not want others to know a secret.
Tweedle Dee refuses to tell Bigby who his boss is. Crane takes a while to come down to the dungeon with Bigby and Snow to examine Lilly's body and Tweedle Dee was freed without Bigby knowing about it, Tweedle Dee also knew about the BODY of Lilly since the people who were in the Trip Trap in episode 2 knew about it and said they got the information from Tweedle Dee. So, who set him free and who told him all the details about the murder victim? I think Crane did, since I think he's working for Crane. I know perhaps he was told offscreen after Snow walked into the interrogation, but it wasn't shown.
Finally, I think the killer is someone using some kind of spells to erase and change the memories of fables. I read something about this on the forums too, but I want to elaborate on it a little bit more.
Bigby says he doesn't remember eating the Chinese food he has on his table in his apartment in episode 1, Bigby says he doesn't remember the mess he and the Woodsman made being as bad as it was or something like that if you check Toad's apartment before Lawrence's, Lawrence doesn't seem to remember what actually happened to him very well, Crane used a spell to make all of the 'mundies' at the police station forget their memories so it is clear that type of magic is accessible to the Fables.
Also, most of the things in Lawrence's apartment are easily explainable, sleeping pills for depression or just sleeping problems or both, the gun because he supposedly shot himself, the knife and dried blood on his wrist because he was cutting himself, probably because of his depression, the beer bottle or what ever it is isn't really a big deal in my opinion though lol. BUT to me there are two odd pieces of evidence. The blood on the floor in between Lawrence's wall bed thing and Lawrence, and the bullet hole in the wall. The blood on the floor was still wet and was on the note found on Lawrence's bed too(on the back of it, you can see what looks like a few drops of blood, and it is stuck to the bed a little bit....Bigby mentioned the blood on the floor was still sticky). This is odd because the blood on Lawrence's wrist was dry and Lawrence seemed to have been sitting in that chair badly injured for a while, so I don't think the blood on the floor was his, I think someone who was bleeding or who had something with them(Faith's head or body?) that was bleeding came into Lawrence's house and left the note on the bed, maybe after killing Lawrence. Faith's note found in her jacket said "sorry" so maybe she killed him then made it look like he killed himself.
Maybe Faith is the murderer. Though I don't think she is, since the murders seem to be aimed at any girl Bigby starts liking.
The bullet going through Lawrence, his chair, and the wall in his apartment, from a handgun, seems unrealistic to me. The gun and bullet on the floor seem pretty normal and other than the game being based on fairy tale creatures it's supposed to be realistic, right? Can a bullet from a normal handgun be powerful enough to go through Lawrence, his chair, and the wall in his apartment? I might just not know much about guns, but that doesn't seem realistic. Maybe someone else shot him?
Also, to the 'these lips are sealed' thing, I think Georgie has a spell cast on his employees to keep them from talking about their jobs, since both Faith and Nerissa seem to actually not be able to talk about their job and Georgie doesn't seem to want them to. But the mirror not being able to show Bigby Faith's location is odd, and makes me think she might still be alive. Just a side note.
TL;DR : Crane's attracted to Snow White, he hired Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum to investigate the murders to keep his secret from getting out, the Woodsman might be involved in the murders or at least know more than he tells Bigby and the killer might be using magic to make fables forget things and/or alter their memories. Also Faith may still be alive and might be the murderer.
