Yes first time i played this game i thought collin was the killer too because he is a douche bag of a pig lol. Plus seemed suspicious he's like Nate from TWD game. He experienced someone killing his friends and now he's on a killer spree to get revenge. He needed Crane's help to kill off people though.
I just put the pieces together. Someone doesn't like Bigby, obviously knows him well, and Bigby probably did something to upset him at some point. If that doesn't spell Colin then I don't know what does.
