SBCG4AP Start-Up Help

When I click "Launch Game" it says "Could not initilize Direct3D. Make sure you have current video drivers and close any other applications that might be active." Then it says "Unfortunatly, this error cannot be recovered."

Eh? Panicing. :(

    I'm running Windows XP if that helps.

    It also says I'm using DirectX 9.0c.

    Step 1: Run the DirectX Installer. There are about 15 versions of 9.0c. Yea, we know.

    Step 2: Update the drivers for your graphics card.

    If you don't know what your grapics card's make and model are, right-click on the desktop and click 'properties'. Click on the 'Settings' tab and tell me what is stated directly under the word "Display:". I can direct you from there.

    In display it says: Plug and Play Moniter on Intel(R) 82815 Graphics Controller

    I hate to tell you, but that video chipset can't run the game... see here.

    Do you have a different machine to play on?

    Nope. My cousin just upgraded to a NVIDIA, so I'm going to see if he can give me his old one.
