Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2: A House Divided delayed until further notice?

How would you react if you received news that the second episode of the Walking Dead Season 2 was delayed? Would you give up on Telltale altogether?

Comments

  • I wouldn't care, if they need to delay it, then let it be done, i can wait.

  • I don't think I would give it up. I enjoy the series too much. However, it does frustrate me as it ruins the story experience. It's like taking a month or two gap from reading your favorite book. You kinda forget some of the feelings you once felt.

  • Nope. I'll just have to keep waiting, I guess.

  • Is it delayed? If it is I am a little disappointed but i won't give up on them

  • You just scared me there with that god damned title.

  • Eh whatever. I have plenty of games to play.

  • Congratulations on creating an excellent example of 'click-bait'. Please try to post something of relevance next time.

  • Well I heard that the episode is finsh, so it can't be delay unless if they want to change something

  • Like re-work whole episode from scratch! Da horror! D:

  • Give 'em a break. Episode 1 seemed a bit hurried to me, I am sure to meet Christmahanakwanzaa buying season. Then of course there was the holidays actually occurring including New Years. They might have had a good hangover if they were drinking too much Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey. And ... lest we forget, the TV show was on hiatus. I would guess that we will see Episode 2 released shortly now that the mid season break for the show is over and the game will not steal any attention from that event. Plus, if you didn't notice, the game got at least 2 advertisements during the show.

  • A delayed game is eventually good. A bad game is bad forever.

  • I'd get a bag of popcorn and watch the mayhem ensue.

  • I would turn super saiyan and punch my neighbors dog in its fat tits... Planned on the super saiyan comment before seeing Telltale TakesForevers profile picture too, what were the odds?

  • If you think about it...

All episodes, all games, EVERYTHING is delayed until further notice.

    So it would change nothing.

  • Yea totally duke nukem forever= best game ever

  • Honestly, I would not care. Telltale is a great company in my eyes and if they feel something needs to be delayed then so be it.
I would always think the delay was for very good reasons, plus I think Telltale should SERIOUSLY live by the line "Quality over Quantity".
I can see for how some people it would be a problem due to them having more dedication to the games and franchises then me, but for me personally, The time flies by quickly when playing other games/doing other things. When I saw a Telltale Worker post on twitter saying she had just completed her playthrough of A House Divided I was honestly shocked. It felt like the first episode came out a month ago, then I took a look at the dates and found out that it has been nearly 2 months, which is exactly what Telltale said when discussing episode releases.

  • HA!

  • I would be annoyed but just wait. Its annoying because they're the ones who set up the schedule and they're the ones making the game-they should know how long it will take them instead of issuing statements saying it will be out on whatever date, only to then delay it further. They should only announce it when they are done and keep on schedule. I know things can happen but its annoying, But its a good point to say many games in general get delayed for various reasons, but at least usually its the full game and not parts of it.

  • I'm not gonna give up on them. Of course, I would be rather annoyed at the delay, but, shit happens sometimes and I'm prepared to wait for it.

  • Seriously? I'd send anonymous threats to the developers.

  • A mod should change the title. The first thing I thought when I read this was bait.

  • How dare Telltale take extra time to make the game good. No other video game company's have EVER delayed something. Now if you don't mind I'm gonna go play Watch_Dogs because it came out when the new consoles came out. Never delayed.
