If Lilly comes back, what are your predictions about what she will be like?
My main prediction is Kenny will be the person who Clem sees, But that's not 100% true. If it's not Kenny then it will be Lilly in my opinion( or maybe Molly ) So if she comes back, what kind of character do you think she will be like compared to season 1 Lilly. My prediction is that she will try harder to play the leader role in every group. So I think Clem and the group will look for help in with the ski lodge because of Rebecca's health. Lilly will probably be the leader of the group and she will tell Matthew and Walter to point their guns at them and tell them to leave or else. until She sees Clem and finds out that Carver is after them. Then Lilly will let them in. It would be fun in episode 2 to finally talk to Lilly and (Sadly) tell her everything about what happened to Lee. We would also learn that Lilly and her group is also being tormented by Carver's group and they decide to work together to take down Carver. that's just my prediction. You're welcome to correct me if you think i'm wrong, but what do you guys think Lilly will be like in season 2 if she comes back

Judging by the way she was in season one, she probably won't be healthy mentally. I say she'll probably end up being a Paranoid Schizophrenic.
It's sad, because I actually liked her as a character.
She will continue to be a bitch. Probably even more paranoid.

If we reunite with Lilly, I'd imagine her to have changed in one of two ways. Either getting away from the paranoia of the old group gave her time to reflect and stabilize for the better, or she stayed disconnected from people and took her mental state further off the rails.
I think she will be healthy enough (Still a little bit on the crazy side) but then she will see Clem. She will go further than relapse. She will have a mental breakdown and go insane. Literally insane. I think she might become a Minor Antagonist and you will have to calm her down in EP2/3.
She'll be the same bitch she was before. Enough said.
I really don't know though I'd imagine she'd be alone or at most with a small group, after season 1 she probably hates people

She'll die, maybe saving Clementine.
I think she'll be toughened out, for she's been through the worst, but take charge in the group and she's nice or mean depending whether you were on her side in Season 1.
I imagine her a little repentant over what she did to Carley/Doug and the group as a whole, but probably too proud to admit it. I hope you get a chance to rat her out. It would be very hard for me to decide what to do. I also wonder if Christa knows (from talking to Clementine) what she did, and what will happen when and if the two meet.
