XP dies at start up

i just got SBCG4AP ep 1 for PC
i've played sam and max before with no problems
yet at the screen "vertify your copy" it freezes
help, Pleaze :(

i've tried DX it's fine
i think i have correct system requirements
uninstalled and reinstalled sevral times
it's not my preformance speed, i think

    I know you tried re-installing, but did you try redownloading first? also, what are your computer specs?

    i tried re installing the setup and game
    i'm not sure of my specs unfortunatly
    but i bet if i downoaded the whole game instead of the demo it might work
    but when i download the game from the "my games page" it just gives me the demo. is there a way i can download the whole game from the site and not from the demo?

    The demo is the full game. The only difference is that if it is not unlocked the game will end sooner. As for you system specs. Open up your start menu and select "run". Type "dxdiag" in the box and press enter. We just need the stuff on the first tab and the name of your video card on the display tab.
