Really weird graphic issue

I looked through all the other graphical issue threads but I don't think anyone else has the problem I do :[
The people and backgrounds and just about everything else are totally messed up...

I'm on a Vista which means I should have DirectX 10, so that can't be the problem...
Any suggestions?

    The whole directx thing is a big bag of snakes. Our game doesn't use directx 10 so just having it doesn't help. I would definitely suggest updating directx to make sure you have the latest files from directx 9 that the game needs and your video card drivers being updated probably couldn't hurt.

    I have the same problem. Sometimes I can coax it to display properly in full screen if I switch using alt+enter a few times, but I can never get it to work in a window.

    I had a similar problem with another game.You should update your video card drivers.

    Have you tried updating your graphics drivers? I would consider that to be the most likely culprit. I also had something like this happen due to bad RAM. If updating DirectX and your graphics drivers doesn't fix it, you might try running memtest.
