Would my laptop be able to run and play the walking dead?

I have the walking dea for Xbox 360 but I want to get it on PC because it has no lag and better frame rate, idk how to check my computer specs but my laptop was able to run fallout 3 fine on high settings.
So could my laptop be able to run it fine?

    try to find out the performance on "My computer" or something like that. It all depends on your processor and RAM - I play on my laptop and it has got a 1.7 Ghz processor apparently, it runs smoothly, but I have all applications closed when playing, and sometimes not in full-screen if it needs to be made smoother. If it can play Fallout it should almost definitely work

    Type "dxdiag" into the start menu search bar, press enter, give us the information from the System and Display tabs.

    Anyways, if you can run Fallout 3 on high, you will be fine.
