I have an idea of how Faith and Lily died.

Do you guys know scary things to read in the dark? There's a story called red ribbon. It's a little story about a girl who wears a ribbon and when she takes it off, she's head comes off of her body. Maybe that's what happened to Faith and Lily. They both weared ribbon because they worked at the strip club. When TJ told us about someone who was yelling at somebody on the bridge he/she maybe took the ribbon off of her head and her head fell off of her body.

But I have one other theory too. Maybe both of them broke the "These lips are sealed" rule. And it's some kind of a spell. When you break the rule your ribbon will open and then your head will get cut off of your body. Or maybe something else happens when you brake the rule. But both of the dead girls worked in the strip club and (as far as I know) all the strippers/hookers has that spell on them.

    But how would Lilly and Faith's head show up in Bigby's apartment? And who would throw Lilly's body in the river?

    Someone placed they're heads there after they died, unless they Removed the ribbon/Broke the spell in the same place coincidentally.

    Good point. Faith was coming to Bigby's place while she died but Lily was at the bridge when she died. Faith's head was placed there with some care and we didn't see her body in there so she was brought there. Lily was at the birdge. Maybe the one who took the ribbon off/Accidentally made Lily to brake the rule panicked and brought the head in front of Bigby's house.

    Not a terrible theory, however I highly doubt any of them would be able to break the spell and say anything in the first place. When we see Nerissa trying to give us information, she strains as the words come out to, "these lips are sealed." So I don't agree with you that they had spilled any secrets because they quite literally can't in a direct way.

    However, the idea that the ribbon plays a part in the decapitation has been thrown around before and does sound pretty plausible.
