Take a closer look at the color "Sherlock" (love the series BTW). Take a closer look at the detail, or lack-thereof. My image is already scaled to be double the size of the original, and you can only just barely tell that they are teeth (only after you accept that her teeth are a tannish pink). It looks completely like a tongue at the original scale.
Never got into World of Warcraft, but im also not an online gamer.
Though the south park episode where they parodied it made me want to try it out so bad.

Her left eye has another eyeball drawn inside of it. Her tongue is the exact same color as her skin, it looks more like a piece of zombie bra… morein than a tongue.
Not to mention that the entire expression is completely inhuman and conveys anything but fear.
If it is meant to be teeth, that just reinforces what I said. There is no detail whatsoever and they are light brown/pink.
I will just acc… moreept that it was hastily drawn to appease hungry fans and let that be it, I guess.
It's not only bad animation as I said earlier, although the facial expression as a whole is.
