question about buying the walking dead season 2 on steam?

ok it was $25 and was wondering why its $25 for 1 episode, so is the reason its 25$ because you have to buy the season pass? like when new episodes come out do i just install them or what? im kinda new to steam and just decided to swtich to PC because the xbox version is so laggy and the PC version is just 10x better and has no lag at all.

    You get all 5 episodes for the 25 bucks. You can only buy the complete game on PC.
    And on Steam they install automatically via an update. You don't need to do anything other than log onto Steam.
