Do I have to have episode 1 ( new day ) on the PC to play s2ep?

Im tempted to buy just episode 1 and then season 2 episode 2 just so i dont have to wait an extra day fo the 360 =/

    If you mean Season 1 Episode 1, then no.

    If you mean Season 2 Episode 1, then yes. The rest of the episodes in a Season act as DLC for the first episode.
