question about episode 2 releasing on steam?

i switched to playing the walking dead on pc than the xbox because the xbox version is so laggy and the pc version has no lag at all and has perfect FPS, anyways so when episode 2 comes out will it be availble at midnight? and well the episode just install by itself sorry if this a dumb question but i just dont know how it works, so does it just automaticly download or do i have to do something? and well i be able to download it at midnight and i live in the us btw if it matters.

    Steam updates around 10 AM PST which is the same time their sales turn over for the day. If you want a midnight release, the only way to get it is with a hard copy.

    If you have the season pass, then yes, it will install itself. You may have to close your Steam client and restart it to force the download. Sometimes it does it on its own. You should notice a (1 downloaded) or something like that on the little bar at the bottom of the client. This is an indication that Episode 2 has been unlocked.
